For your convenience, we are pleased to offer both tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.
Tracked shipping includes a tracking number and insurance sufficient to cover the replacement of the item should it be lost in transit. If a tracked order is lost during shipping, a replacement will be issued once a lost-shipment notification is received from our shipper.
Untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance. By selecting this option, the customer assumes responsibility for loss or non-delivery. Eliza Perry Jewellery is not responsible for replacing untracked orders.
