We design our jewellery knowing it's meant to be loved and lived in. Each piece is created for everyday wear and a lifetime of use, made to endure, evolve with you, and quietly become part of your story.

 

To ensure your Eliza Perry jewellery lasts, we: 

  • focus on quality by working primarily with sterling silver for its durability, longevity, and timeless appeal

  • repair rather than replace, offering free labour on repairs of our jewellery and complimentary restringing of intact stretchy bracelets 

  • stand behind our work, going above and beyond to correct a concern with any of our pieces

Repairs

We do our very best to repair our jewellery wherever possible and provide the repair labour at no cost to you. We only charge if an element needs to be replaced or a new element added. Please understand that some repairs may be beyond our ability.

Our most requested repair is our stretchy bracelets and, if the bracelet is intact, there is no fee for restringing. If you can see the elastic through the beads, it may be time for restringing.  

If your bracelet is broken and elements are missing, we charge you only for the value of the beads we add to complete the bracelet.

 

We strive to complete repairs within 2-4 weeks. Please note that timing may be extended during our busier times of the year like November & December.

Shipping

For your convenience, we are pleased to offer both tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.

 

Tracked shipping includes a tracking number and insurance sufficient to cover the replacement of the item should it be lost in transit. If a tracked order is lost during shipping, a replacement will be issued once a lost-shipment notification is received from Canada Post. 

Untracked shipping does not include tracking or insurance. By selecting this option, the customer assumes responsibility for loss or non-delivery. Eliza Perry Jewellery is not responsible for replacing untracked orders.

At Eliza Perry Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase and will go above and beyond to correct a concern.
 

We offer repairs of our jewellery with the understanding that some repairs may be beyond our ability. We also repair beaded pieces made by other companies for a fee.

 

Labor is free on repairs of our jewellery regardless of the number of pieces that you send in. If pieces are missing, a fee is charged based on what's added. Please understand that some repairs may not be possible. All you pay is the return shipping.

 

Our most requested repair is our stretchy bracelets

We pride ourselves with using a high quality elastic that has an average lifespan of 5+ years. We recommend that you send us your bracelets when you can see the elastic peeking through between the beads.

 

When you send us your broken bracelets, we start by separating the beads based on the bracelets original designs. We string the beads you sent us, weigh the incomplete bracelet, note the weight, finish stringing by adding the required beads to arrive at a completed bracelet in the size you wear. The completed bracelet is weighed and the value of the beads we added is calculated based on the current price of the bracelet.

If the bracelet (s) are intact, there is no fee for restringing.

 

We charge a fee for the added beads and for the return shipping. We don't charge a fee for our time. We acknowledge that the bracelets will not last a lifetime and therefore offer a complimentary restringing service. We don't take responsibility for the bracelets breaking due to daily wear and tear. We will however make exceptions in the event that a bracelet broke soon after being purchased as we know that the elastic can have weak points.

We sincerely hope that the above brings clarity to our repair service process.

 

Please understand that online orders and making stock for markets take priority over repairs. We strive to complete your repairs within 2 - 4 weeks but acknowledge that this timing may be longer during November & December. If you require a rush on a repair, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
